Where we look on the Gold Coast
We’re a national buyer with a strong SEQ overweight. On the Coast we regularly assess stock other buyers find hard — not every suburb every week, and never on a promised price band.
Examples of clusters we watch (examples of where we look — not “we always buy X”):
Chevron Island and nearby low-rise — dated brick walk-up units (often 2/2/2) that need a buyer comfortable with original condition
Coolangatta, Palm Beach, and the southern beach strip — renovator walk-ups and older unit stock
Southport and Labrador — deceased cottages and houses that need a must-sell path after a campaign
Biggera Waters and Palm Beach units — character or original homes where an auction or hard date is in play
Elanora houses — original family homes needing an update or renovation
Nerang and hinterland estates — investor exits and dated house stock inland from the strip
Dated brick low-rise units in a common mid-market band don’t sit forever when they appear — that stock tends to move when it’s real. Houses with hard urgency often sit in a higher band; every property is assessed on its own facts.
We don’t invent suburb medians or case-study dollars here. Share the suburb and situation and we’ll discuss options against your property — not a brochure promise.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only buy units on the Gold Coast?
No. Units, houses, and other properties — coastal, canal, and hinterland. What matters more is the situation and timeline. Tell us what you have.
Can you buy a dated walk-up or original house as-is?
Yes, that is actually preferred. Condition is rarely a reason for us to walk. We discuss an offer on the property as it stands.
What if we’re mid-campaign or already booked for auction?
That’s common. We can discuss a private path alongside or before the date — see Must be sold and After auction. How you handle any existing listing is your call.
Do you cover only Surfers and the strip?
No. We look across the Coast and into the hinterland. We’re also active in Tweed and nationally.
Will you quote a suburb “average” on this page?
No. Every property is assessed on its own facts. Options and offer discussion only.
Is this legal, tax, or selling advice?
No. We discuss purchase options and offers. Your solicitor or adviser should guide legal, tax, and estate decisions.
